Hidy Ho, Journal & Friends!
I'm on a downhill slide, all right... a GOOD ONE!
Today was my Monthly Weigh Day... and I am stoked, baby! I have finally, AT LAST, officially crossed that
HALF WAY point!
I have lost MORE than I now need to still lose.... Yippeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!
Ah yes, the numbers:
Still to lose.....129
I don't know WHY this should make me feel so JAZZED... but it does. It "feels" different. It really does feel DOWNHILL now. I know that is totally a mind trip... but I LIKE IT!
What a great kick off to the Hot 100 for me. And yes, I'm going to say it again... today is THE very one and only LAST DAY TO JOIN.
Go HERE, now or never. Steve, the Head Hottie, said that last year people hesitated, and missed the deadline, and later regretted it.
But the rules are: you must join by October 1st. Hey, if you change your mind, you can always drop out... but you CAN'T join later... see??
Well, back to me... mwa ha ha ha...
My Un-official goal for the Hot 100 Challenge was to leave the 300's FOREVER, and bust into the Two-sies by the end of the Challenge.
Well, we have 91 days and 12 hours officially left in the Hot 100 Challenge. And I have 29 pounds to lose to make it into the Two-sies.
It's MINE, baby, it's MINE!
Today's Peek at the Past (Finally! A past post that I can say I now feel totally OPPOSITE to... except the Grateful part. Today, especially, my cup runneth over!)
From Day 53, October 1, 2009:
When I feel the drag of everyday, the sameness, the repetition, of still waiting to get to goal, feeling tired...in other words, when I forget to focus on all the things I have for which to feel GRATEFUL....I watch the video about the father and son team, Team Hoyt.

From Dr Phil's book: "Be willing to leave behind the safe, unchallenging, and familiar ways of doing thngs in order to have more..."
My verse for today: "They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will rescue you," declared the Lord.
My quote for today: "Let's trip the Light Fantastic, baby, just you and me." Zaphod, in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Enjoy the Journey,
