I find that I, too, am sometimes DON...Hey Loretta. I find that I, too, am sometimes DONE eating before I've gotten all of my veggies in. In order to meet the challenge, I had been forcing myself to eat even tho I wasn't hungry. <br /><br />I've decided that is counter-productive! Now, I'm trying hard to get them in earlier in the day while I still want to eat. (So odd for me to say that--night time has always been my eating time!)<br /><br />Anyway, I wasn't stellar this week, but it was okay. I skipped exeercise twice :( I missed water tally one day and went over my fat quota one day.
