I'm glad taking those pictures and enjoying the outdoors boosted your spirits. Ramsey and I spend a lot of time outside everyday, and I think it's made a huge difference in my happiness.

Re-think 'progress.' I've lost 15 pounds in the past three months, so I know all about slow progress!! We stay on track and do as much as we can. A stubborn scale isn't the only measure of progress!!! Look at how much healthier you are now. Health is so much more important in the end. I know, it's still frustrating as heck not to see the scale move like it should. We have neighbors with blueberry bushes that have been in their yard for years, and are more like trees. Amazing. My very elderly grandfather dug it up from his yard and gave it to me, so it is very precious to me. It has been through a lot. Most of the time, I forget to water it. A neighbor kid dig kung foo on it and tried to kill it. It surely is a slow grower. Three years later,it seems to be barely any bigger than when we planted it. I'd think it was dead except the leaves fall off in the fall and come back in the spring. Because of that, I know it is still alive and it will grow. One of these days it will be a very large tree. Wow............I am a lot like that tree.
