I managed to do it for the month of July (when we started our carb conquest cruise) and crashed and burned by August. Actually, I was pretty tired of that percentage stuff by the second week, and just went to counting carb and protein grams. :}<br /><br />I think keeping it simple is the best way. Of course, I haven't kept anything anyway for more than a couple of days in a row for weeks. <br /><br />I just decided yesterday (after yet another 3 day streak ended)that I was going back to an old plan, too. Count calories with an emphasis on gluten-free, low carb food--and have a relaxed meal on Sunday. <br /><br />Except I don't want to count....anything...ever. So maybe I'll just eat low carb and not count. Except then I get a deprivation syndrome going--and to avoid that and still lose weight I must count cals. aaarrrggghhh.<br /><br />Sorry about this comment...
